Intellectual Property: Innovating Locally, Protecting Globally | | | | Intellectual property is a focal point for U.S. businesses wishing to advance in the global marketplace; however, pursuing such growth is not without pitfalls.
The Temple Journal of Science Technology & Environmental Law, in conjunction with Legal Advantage, LLC, have organized a symposium that will address the various legal issues encountered by intellectual property right holders and attorneys in acquiring and protecting their intellectual property rights on the global stage. The symposium will include discussions about how multinational companies and inventors are thinking globally and the challenges faced in acquiring, managing, and enforcing their rights internationally.
